Does anyone know if it's possible to run the gt350 rear valance with another exhaust setup? Essentially what I'm asking is if it's possible to cut out the tips as well as the mesh to fit your own quad tip exhaust? I would be running a magnaflow competition to quad tips if it's possible.

Also, does anyone know of a good place to pick up the gt350 rear valance for cheap without buying a ford exhaust along with it? Cjpony parts has it available with an axle back for 1,860, but the rear valance by itself is going for above 2k at other places!

The metal tips in the valence provide an air gap between the actual exhaust tips and the valence. Supposedly this was done to keep the exhaust from melting the valence.

Regardless, I would not be a big fan of buying the 350 rear valence and then hacking on it. I'm sure it isn't cheap. JMO, but I think a better approach would be to weld different tips that would fit the GT350 valence to your existing exhaust.

Brandon, the stock GT350 tips can be removed from the valence, leaving enough room for tips up to 4" (what our gt350 system uses) without any cutting. We cannot, however, verify that our quad-exit Competition catback tips will line up to the valence holes without some modification.
