I hope we're all being very clear about the oil cooler and a/c problem - or maybe more to the point the lack of public acceptance by the manufacturer - if the opportunity exists to say anything.

This is an old thread and the survey was completed long before the oil cooler and aircon issues raised their ugly heads.

As a 2016 owner, I have some serious decisions to make before my warranty expires in twelve months time.

Both of these repairs have the potential to be extremely expensive and nothing I have seen from Ford thus far gives me any confidence that they will be taking any responsibility whatsoever to make things right - regardless of their ACL 'obligations'.
