Intermittent vibrating noise

I've noticed an occasional noise after starting the car and letting it idle and I've noticed it occasionally during acceleration too. There seems to be a vibrating noise coming from underneath the middle of the car. This is probably a terrible description, but any ideas what it might be? Could it be exhaust related.

I noticed it too on cold starts.

I've taken it to the dealership 3 times now and still making the noise. And now I've blown the same turn signal twice.
