So I was all set on hydrodipping a bunch of interior pieces ( dash, door pieces, center console & dome light housing) a black carbon fiber design.

While my stripes were being intalled this weekend I was looking at a wrapping book that had carbon fiber designs. That got me thinking about wrapping these pieces instead of hydrodipping .

What are the pros & cons of each? From what I understand when hydrodipping there might be some movement of the pattern so that its not uniform? Wrapping would be better in this regard right since it would be more uniform? Just curious on opinions and experiences with both of these methods.

Thanks,

Rick

I'd say wrap it just to see if you like it...it's temporary anyways. It you hydrodip then it's a bitch to remove if you don't like it.
