Hey y'all,

I picked up some sweet carbon fiber AEM gauges and have everything ready to go but I wanted to reach out and see where people pull their power from. I tried pulling from where the performance pack gauges go in the dashboard but they constantly have power since it seems that positive comes from the BCM, which comes from the main fuse box and battery.

Any recommendation on which wires to pull power from, something like accessories? and who has installed aftermarket gauges already, any suggestions?

For my oil temp gauge, I used the passenger side fuse panel .

and that fuse is the 17-18 slot for the headlight bezel switch. does it turn off with ignition? I am really just trying to make sure the gauges turn off when I open the door.

That slot is unused on my car. It is switched on with the ign switch. I don't remember where I purchased the tap. There is a spot on the fuse where you can test for current with a volt meter.
