info center in console Blip or flash

I keep my center display on gauge mode and as I was driving the other day and I swore for a second that it "blipped" off or flashed. I just kind of meh'ed it off...but then I swear I saw it do this again the other day almost just off then come right back on. Has anyone noticed anything like this or heard of problems with the information center being sketchy? I apologize if I am not calling it the correct term but I am pretty sure you guys know what I am talking about.

I've seen this a number of times also. No idea what causes it - it was only there for a second - sort of like a scrambled image.
