Illuminated Door Sill Issue

I've noticed that my passenger side door sill is green no matter what color is selected, except white. The driver's side changes to whatever ambient color I select. If I select white the passenger side goes white, otherwise it's green.

Any ideas?

I've only had the car a few weeks, but if it's something simple I'd much rather take case of it myself.

Mine did the same thing only it was the driver side. Quick trip to dealership and they replaced it under warranty. Only took a couple hours since they had one in stock.
