Ok Guys here's the update,

Dan,
We were able to replicate the same connectivity issue during our testing & have decided to make a one-time exception to issue you a new MPVI3.
- All existing credits/licenses have been transferred over & TDN was also tested to ensure it is working as expected

all I can say is WoW HP tuners customer support is top notch.
