How to post video??

I do not see any mention of it in the FAQ. Can anyone point me to instructions on how to include a video in a post? I suspect I need to put the video onto YouTube, then somehow work from that. I see the list of accepted .xxx files, but I did not recognize any as obvious (I am not a techie ) video file names like .MOV. But then, I have no idea what type of file Youtube creates to see if that is on the OK list.

Use YouTube then simply post the link.

Just copy the URL in the address bar of the youtube vid, click the little icon right above where you type in a thread that looks like a chain link under the earth and a box will pop up, paste copied link into there and done.
