Thanks for all the responses guys. I think JMN444 answered my questions. JMN444, did you use any spacers?
yes, 25mm up front w/ ext studs. but mine are the sp2 replicas, 19x11, 50mm offset on all 4 corners. results will be diff with oem pp2 wheels.

The inner diameters of the two wheels are the same so only reason they might not clear the brakes are the different offsets... +24 for the PP2 and +30 for the GT350.
Interesting. The issue of fitment is that the GT350 brakes are 394 F/380 R vs the GT PP2 at 380 F/330 R. The GT350 front caliper sits a long ways out and requires a large wheel barrel. Not all 19 rims that will clear a set of 380's will clear them.

For instance, I have a set of 2014 GT500 rims (it had 380mm Brembo 6 piston front brakes) and the fronts won't go over the GT350 brakes - they hit the top of the caliper. Now, that said, they're 19x9.5 ET44 and if I put a spacer in that pushes them out to ET30, they clear the caliper, so maybe the PP2 rims will clear too. But I wouldn't assume it'll work without actually trying it.
