How does the rear abs pick up signal?

Does the rear on the s550 use a tone ring to mate to the sensor at each corner?
I had a shop screw my car up leaving the axle nut loose/off and cause damage to the sensor. It's still not fixed after it was replaced. I'm guessing more damage will be found .

Should be identical.
Check wiring all the way to the ABS module.

I'm going to check the wiring today. I'm pretty sure the hub bearing holds the tone ring and is damaged.
