Hey guys! We're really pumped to be bringing you the February episode of Hot Lap where you're going to get to see the 2015 Bama Supercharger for the first time! We also take a trip down to North Carolina to meet up with our friends from Kooks Performance and take a tour of their facility!

First and foremost Bama Performance unveiled their 2.9L Supercharger and we're really excited to see what's going to be possible with this unit! They've been working very quietly on this for months along with their new V2 Tunes (See Below) and we're expecting to see their Supercharger on our shelves soon along with Power Pack Options as well depending on what number you're after!

Bama Performance was able to run their Supercharged 2015 down an 1/8 track but we're a little more interested to see what it's going to be capable of on the 1/4 Mile! Stay Tuned!

We took our Competition Orange Ecoboost for a little road trip to see the guys down at Kooks Performance for a little behind the scenes tour of their headquarters along with their manufacturing process. It's always great to see the effort that's involved in making these pieces and I think the video really speaks for itself!

While we were there we also got to test fit Kooks new competition series downpipe for our 2015 ecoboost that will be sold exclusively at AmericanMuscle which comes either with or without catalytic converters. The benefit from running with no cat's will help your ecoboost flow that much more efficiently with their 3" system from the turbo back. If you're in an emissions strict state, not to worry, cat equipped options are right around the corner! Along with their competition series downpipe we got a sneak peak at their new Front Mount Intercooler that has a 4" Core along with 2.5" cold side piping and a 48mm Blow Off Valve.

Paul from Bama Performance was on site using their 93 Race V2 tune for our ecoboost he was able to net a 25 horsepower increase along with 37 pound feet of torque! Their baseline with 283HP/342TQ - This resulted in 308HP and 379TQ and there's definitely room to grow! Previously our ecoboost ran a 12.98 @ 103mph on a 1/4 Mile Track. Considering we we're only able to find an 1/8 Mile track I think the Bama Crew definitely made some major improvements and they bested a 7.71 which equates to a 12.1 pass with some really impressive 60 ft's!

While we're on topic check out this video of one of Bama's Customers and 6G Member VooDoo Mamba running their 93R Tune on his Ecoboost!
