Any available that use a bonding adhesive like 3M Tape? Hate the idea of drilling into fresh paint,

drilling into a painted surface is not that bad. Just got to measure twice and drill once. If you do drill put some painters tape on the paint 1st before you measure and mark your hole. The tape will help with bit from sliding off the course and help prevent the paint to chip and crack. Here is a helpful video about drilling onto painted surfaces

I rather drill into my hood and mount a hood scoop with hardware then just rely on double sided taped

the only thing that sticks on with tape is side scoops

hood scoop and spoilers need to be drilled
