Hipo S550 or tuner?

I found this pic after someone tweeted it saying this has to do with Ford Racing. Anyone think this could be a hipo model or some tuner working on the new car?

I believe this is from PRI. I know i have seen the pic before and its just a 4cyl that ford racing had on display.

Yeah, this was from around the 7th or 8th of this month if i remember right.
