9k miles, got the loose oil filter issue one time, leaking exhaust valve early on.. bluetooth stopped working, little annoyances but it runs fine.

Are you concerned about the oil? Based on the nature of the engine it might be normal... Are catch cans necessary ive had them on my turbo cars but they keep the oil out of the intake track? Any benifit to having oil there?
No benefit to having oil in the intake. In fact just the opposite. Ford Performance recommends an aftermarket oil catch can, especially if you track the car. FP has one available now but I use the UPR system. I'm surprised they just don't include it from the factory but I would recommend adding this. They collect a fair amount of junk. Again especially if you track the car.

I have 5K miles on my car and it runs great.

I'm not too concerned about the oil as long as the engine runs well. I need to check the level, but I've never added any between changes in the past. May need to add some this time as there was a large amount in the catch can.
