Help with tuning..

A 2015 Escape! My wife hates her brand new escape. She's had it a few months now. It's a 2015 2.0L AWD and the complaints are dangerously slow transmission response on sudden WOT at speed, and the feeling of low power (tip in and factory torque management) in lower gears. She was used to instant power and response from her 2006 3.0L fusion. I will say, the factory tune on her escape 2.0L is disappointing. I've contacted [email protected] and he said the SCT won't work with it yet and it may be 6-12 months. She's starting to hate her escape and I'm in the doghouse for recommending it to her. Can anyone help?

Not getting much help there. Most are tuning the older ones. Apparently they've changed something for the 2015 MY. Maybe one of the tuners that read these can help or someone knows of a good tuner around Louisville ky? She's already wanting to trade cars with me!
