Help tracking my order?

I placed an order in November but still don't have a VIN. Any Ford reps that can help? I have an order number and dealer number.

Yes I tried COTUS but all I get is:

No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again

I've seen this before as this is a Canada order.

Man, that is a long time.
My dealer was able to provide something on a internal system that showed the car was ordered. Maybe ask about that, November is a long time but I don't know what is standard. What I do know is I order my car and within 1 week I could track it on Cotus.

IIRC that response means that it doesn't see that order number at all, as opposed to "check with your dealer" which means that it sees the order number but has no information on it yet.

Are the order and dealer numbers you're using from a VOC or DORA printout or were they just told to you by the dealer? My dealer gave me the wrong number for their dealer id so I had to search for it myself.

I would be talking with the dealer. You should have received a VIN number at least by now. He may have made some kind of mistake with the order. If he doesn't have an answer for you I suggest (if possible) go to another dealer. But, be quick. The 18 build out date is March 02. Good luck.

Agree with reaching out to the dealer. That time frame is unacceptable. My VIN was ready in less than a week.
