Help, Track apps greyed out

2019 GT. I have read every thread I could find. Watched every Ford and Youtube video. Cleared MyKey twice and my track apps still cannot be accessed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Did you try disconnecting the battery. Grasping for straws but you never know.

I had to disable the collision avoidance I think. It was that or the lane departure feature. I don't recall which off the top of my head but it is in your menu.

Here is what the manual shows:
Note: The pre-collision assist system turns off when using Track Apps or when you switch off your stability control system.

I just went out to my car (2019 GT PP1 6 spd) and checked. Once I disabled both options in the pre collision assist menu, track apps were available.
