Headlight tune, Diode or Lighting firm?

Hi, in this black friday i am thinking about purchasing headlight set up and
i guess there is Diode DRL LED replacement with controller and lighting firm.
cannot get more info about lightingfirm but it seems like
Diode - you manually swich LED board and play it with controller ( in side the car to swich colors )
lightining - i guess you buy the whole headlight housing?? but it seems like their halo (angel eye) crazy more shit is going on.
so is there anyone who compared these two???
what are the main difference???
