Has the file attachment size changed?

Has the file attachment size into a post/thread been limited recently? I tried uploading a pdf and it canceled it each time stating it was too large. I then tried zipping it where again the site would not accept it.

Never ran into that before at all on this site - and I’ve uploaded boatloads of PDFs...

What is the file size limit for attachments?
