I thanked her earlier today. She's been sending me a PM every other day or so on my LE. If you've never been in touch with her i will tell you you are missing out on a great source of information and instant gratification with anything regarding your vehicle. All you have to do is go thru some of the forums and look for anything from "Ford Customer Service." Check out the post from POOPonYou and it will get you in the right direction.

At the minimum Rachel deserves an appreciation thread! I definitely get more feedback and information from her than the dealership. She's a great help, and very pleasant to communicate with! If not for her, I wouldn't know anything about my convertible other than the VIN!

Amen. She is the only source of info since my dealer marked the car sold and I can't any longer check the Cotus site.

All your personalized attention and steady responsiveness, the bundles of information you have provided has most certainly pacified the ever so growing desperation that most members on M6G share. You are the only reason I think Ford actually cares for its customers

Thank you Rachel!!! If not for her I would think my car got lost somewhere between Michigan and Indiana. I thought my car was on its way since cotus says in transit since the 10th or 11th, she informed me it's still at the plant. I was starting to imagine it in a ditch somewhere. :O
Sent off a PM to her earlier about mine and said thanks for putting up with all the screwballs on this board, including this one!

Rachel has been a huge help to me. Like a lot others I've read on here, this is my first time ordering a car and what she's been able to tell me has helped calm my nerves about this process. I would like to say, THANK YOU to her!!!
