Jesus, what a nightmare.
I feel physically nauseous going through this thread.
I really feel for you, that is some of the worst work I have seen.
This is really scary as I need this work done and I am in a new city.

I really hope they take care of you but to be honest that doesn't seem to be the case.
I hate to throw this around b/c its so over stated, but small claims court might be a great option here. With the pictures you provided I think you would be compensated to have at least portions done elsewhere at their cost. Small claims court is cheap too.
