I'd call them to be certain it really is in stock before ordering.

99 % sure you can't unless you do a lot of modifications. The buttons are angled for their side. If they were rectangular then maybe

It "might" be possible if they found a way to swap wiring harnesses between left and right. But that would just remap the buttons, the labels would be wrong then, since you're correct that the physical buttons are specific to the left/right sides.

You could possible rewire the harnesses and redo the button text. It would be an interesting mod if someone figured it out. [emoji6]

Id like to see that as well. I love the GT350 wheel but not the Alcantara. I'd much rather have the black leather with red stitching all around.
Im on the fence with that part too.

Alcantara is like microfiber and gets VERY dirty from grimy hands. Face it your hands are always dirty somewhat and the wheel is the dirtiest part of the car. The leather is very easy to clean as it wont soak up skin oils or grime into fibers.

I can't image it has high longevity with your hand sliding across it all the time. From all I've read about other cars with Alcantara it wears a lot faster than leather, espeically on the wheel

I had Alcantara seats in my 01 Cobra convertible and had zero issues with wear and staining. Lasted 4 years with zero issues.

I think this steering wheel will be ok as well.

Seats yeh, but your greasy oily hand slides on the wheel when you drive. I've read some people had to have Alcantara wheels on other cars replaced after 2-3 years because they were just torn up beyond cleaning. Im guessing like leather which gets those shiny wear spots Alcantara being fibers doesn't wear nicely over time.

Not saying $160 isn't worth it to buy another in 2-3 years, but idk about its longevity

I think I'd rather have the R wheel that has more leather up top

Maybe re-wrap in a few years and switch the pattern. Alcantara top and bottom and leather sides as that is where my hand placement is most of the time.

That would also reduce glare off the top.

I didn't even notice the top was leather on the R. I thought it just had a colored stripe vs the regular 350 wheel.

I like the R look much better.

I Put the Boss 302 Alcantara wheel in my 2013 GT. I was concerned about wear at first. It started to show what looked like wear at the top. Much to my surprise, a little cleaner on a rag and the wheel looked like new. Alcantara cleans pretty easy. I think it wore better than leather. I put about 35k miles on that wheel and it still looks like new. I took it out before trading the car in. It's for sale if you know anyone interested. ;)
