GT350 shaft upgrade issue

I’m having issues getting the GT350 half shaft (FR3Z-4K139-H,Left side or passenger side of my RHD mustang) into the diff, it won’t push in. Has anyone had the same problem?

350 has the Torsen and you have the track loc, but I’ve never heard of that causing an issue ?

Is the bore / hole / splines completely clear of debris / foreign objects ?
