Again, this file is likely Pre-Production. There is no alternate calibration in the file, like that of the Boss 302 Track key. The 8050 RPM limiter, is where it is set in this file.

12 is default in the software. Look close at 9-12

Correct, the Ford code is designed to be able to work with a 12 cylinder engine.
