I'm experiencing slightly lower vac readings than what I remember with stock intake.
At hot idle I sit at about 15-16.
Please post what you read at hot idle so I can possibly see if there is an issue.

Pretty sure the vacuum on the OE gauges is inferred and not actually measured.

Grab a mechanical gauge and hook it up to the manifold and see what you get then.

You are correct but I just noticed mine being lower than before. Just curious.
I'll do that today.

There is another variable you need to make sure everyone lists with their data, we need to know if the GT or GT350 TB is in use and what tune is in the car.

My GT350 Intake with GT TB has 19.5-20 vac reading at hot idle. Startup and high idle it is slightly less at 16-17. I am on a Lund Tune for 93 oct. fuel.

My hot idle is a steady 20, pretty much always. 350IM, GT TB, and Lund 93 tune.

Mine dropped from 20 to 17-18 with the gt 350 intake/tb. I asked tuner he said probably just the guage. He tuned and running better than ever.

How's that manifold with the steeda intake running? I am thinking of doing the same setup. Driveability as good as before the GT350 manifold? I currently have steeda intake/lund tune only.

Perfectly fine, no issues anywhere in the RPM range, start up, or idle. Driveability with the 350 IM & Steeda CAI is the same as when I had the stock IM with the Steeda CAI. Keep in mind I DON'T have the 350 TB, I have the GT TB with the MMR adapter. It drives just as smooth as when it was all stock.

mine was around 20-21 after the install with thermostat open. Got the reading of the actual manifold with a separate gauge.
