The heads will technically fit on the 5.0 block, however due to the bore differences there will be valve shrouding issues.

for $4000 i would get my stock heads ported with a good valve job.

MMR will Port your stock heads from 850 - 1250 plus you could have them do valve work and install cams and probably be around 4 grand which would be much cheaper and not have to worry about fitment issues.
