Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Diode Dynamics,
Ordered up a handful of bulbs for the car an couple of months ago, everything came the mail 2 days later. worked perfectly, looked beautiful.
Unfortunately, I had a bulb go bad the other day (hey, stuff happens) and I called up Diode Dynamics and they got the problem fixed that moment, 10 minutes got an e-mail with a RMA, then 20 or so minutes later a tracking number for the replacement part.
2 days later... replacement bulb here...
It's good to see more and more companies taking care of their customers asap, unlike many companies of yesteryear.
