Didn't know that there are some european countries that allows personalised plate!
In Italy it's possible in theory since law exists, but it is never appllied so we could not have it.

In Finland you can have one as well. Restricted format though, first 1, 2 or 3 letters followed by 1, 2 or 3 numbers. For example: A-5 or GT-86.

It's 1000 euro and stays with the car, although you can transfer it to your next car if you pay another 1000.
