Fuse

Can anyone help I managed to blow a fuse today when trying to replace the vanity lights. Does any one know where is this fuse located is it next to the accelerator? Any advice on how to remove the panel with the accelerator pedal in the way?

Yep next to the accelerator. Unscrew the black plastic bolt thing then lift up the panel (I pulled it out a couple off weeks ago so please some one correct me if im wrong). Push the accelerator all the way back to the floor makes it easier to get to the fuses.
