If you want to do a custom grill, buying this might save you a ton of time. I sold my car before completing my project, so my starting point is up for sale.

I bought this grill to do something like Noir5.0 did in this thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/that-foglight-grilld-s550-build.87369/

I put in about 8 hours carefully cutting out the center section then filing and sanding the cut even. I 3D printed out a jig so I could run a paint pen around the cut equal-distant from the lip then hand filed the edge to the paint line. It isn't machine perfect but I think it is pretty dang good. The only problem spots are on either side where the midway strip on the grill ran to the lip, I sanded them down as much as I dared and have included close-ups so you can judge for yourself if they are acceptable.

From this point you could throw on some mesh and call it done. Or you could throw on some mesh and some driving or fog lights (the KC 6" Gravity LED driving lamps are a pretty good size), or you can let your creativity run wild.

I can include the center grill section that was cut out or toss it in the trash, your choice.

This grill is an original Ford part. I am looking for $175+Shipping but am willing to flex a little for the right buyer.
