I am picking up a 2016 Gt pp 401a in deep impact blue tomorrow. however they already drilled the factory front plate. :( how big are the holes and what options do i have? it is a dealer trade so i couldnt say no drill. still excited for it but the front plate doesnt look great.

I just went through that drill. Their doesn't appear to be a plausible solution at a reasonable price point and sooner or later I'm going to be staring up at a cop. I installed the black one that came with the car. You need to use rivets. I'm slowly getting use to the change.

Just my advice...but I would search for another car. Plenty of 2016s out there like you want. The first dealer trade they found they assured me the plate was not drilled. I told them up front if it is I do not want it. I googled the vin and found pictures and sure enough it was drilled. They found me another one shortly after.

I would not settle and I live in a front plate state.

I made sure the guys at the dealer knew not to drill mine! Went with the Sto N Sho bracket from LMR.

I guess the OP is too late for that  :DI would say just buy some plugs like the ones I posted on the link. It's really not the end of the world. Some people have done it and they look perfectly fine and the paint matches the car perfectly.
