Hi all,

I have a 2015 v6 mustang, built & delivered in July of last year. In June 2016 I noticed my front airbag light had come on while driving home from work and I took it into my local ford dealer to have it looked it. Sadly, the light only seemed to come on after an hour or so of driving and so it was tough for them to replicate. I got lucky and when I brough it in for the appointment, the light had come in. They hooked it up, pulled a code, and ordered in a replacement seatbelt pre-tensioner as the sensor believed mine to be broken (car has never been hit).

Fast forward 2 or 3 weeks, we are now in July and the light has been coming back on but because of work and other obligations, I haven't been able to find time to take it in. I finally make and appointment and drop the car off. It's the same code so they send something off to Ford Engineering and they receive a list of steps on how to proceed.

The first thing they tried was ordering a new wiring harness. About two weeks later and the light is back on so they order in a new sensor. I drive it for a week and half and all of a sudden, the light is back. I just had the car in today and they said it's still the same code. They sent something off to Ford again and are still waiting to hear back.

I'm getting really frustrated and annoyed but I'm not sure what to do because I know it's under warranty so there's procedures they have to follow.

Has anyone else gone through all of this?? :frusty::frusty::frusty:

I know there are other threads on this topic but they've already tried everything mentioned in those and I just want my car to be fixed already :paddle::mad:
