I appreciate all the feedback. Definitely a lesson learned. In the future storage will be with a full tank and stabilizer and I will not run it at all until Its on the road for the spring.
Just to clarify the $800 if it was unclear. That was for the plugs, diagnostic and what they called a tune up. They did not want me to drive the car home approximately 20 minutes to change the plugs, they felt it was safer to change them at the dealer to avoid further issues.

They didn't want you to go and do the job yourself, prob took a tech 15 min with a scanner and took 30 min to change the plugs and got $800 out of it. They took you for a good ride, exactly why I don't trust most shops and all dealer service departments

I don't use stabilizer and I keep my tank relatively empty. The dealer suggested a hard drive as well. I was just surprised that it was so bad that I was shuddering with that little use.
Keeping tank above 3/4, especially when sitting for longer periods, is much better.
