Forgstar CF10 20" offset question

Hi

I'm looking at putting the following wheels on my 2017 GT PP daily driver

Front - 20x9 with 265/35 tires
Rear - 20x10.5 with 295/35 tires

Question 1 - are those tire sizes ok?
Question 2 - I have no idea what offset to get to ensure clearance and no poke.

If I'm correct the current front offset is +45 and the rear is +52

Why those sizes?
F - stock wheel width, +10mm tire width
R - + 1" wheel width, + 20mm tire width
Looks like a recipe for understeer, and not a great upgrade for the money.

10" 285 all around would handle better with stockish suspension, and allow rotating the tires to equalize wear.

Even if you like the staggered look, why not go bigger?
With a fairly typical 10/11" 285/305 (+) setup.

Going to wider wheels and tires is not the cheapest up grade. So make it worthwhile by actually getting WIDER wheels and tires.

You could even go with 20x9.5 or 20x10.5 up front with a 20x11 or 20x12 rear.
