Hi, this thread should be in the for sale forum but I don´t think anyone in Europe looks there so I give it a shot here.

I have an almost new JMS Boost Max for the 2,3 Ecoboost for sale. Tagged 2015/09

An easy way to improve power output without hassle with the warranty, especially the mid range get a big increase with this box and it is adjustable so you can tune it depending on gas quality and mood.

I bought it with some other parts and since I have a GT I want to sell it.
It costs 309 USD in the US.

Item is in Sweden and I have Paypal.

Edit, Price fot the item including shipping in EU is 195 Euro, DHL.
I have pictures of actual item and printed manuals in color to go with it.

Regards Joakim

To be honest, this is a very dangerous device. It basically cheats your ECU which is receiving fake inputs and can seriously damage your engine as result.

So I guess you are not interested in it?

Before you criticize the product is interesting if you can show any source of your claim, can you show a single engine damage arising from this box or is it just a guess on your part?
I had the same problem when I sold OBD tuning and tuning boxes for a Polish company, Vtech, years ago, tuned well over 100 cars and not a single engine damage but the croaker was very loud...

Please come back with fact.

Sure mate, here you go:

Guy's engine blown because of BoostMax, Ford declined the warranty. That happens if you try to modify your boost with a proper tune.

Adam (the most respected Mustang tuner here) says that BoostMax blowed more engines and he elaborates more in the second thread.

You're welcome.

Try again, the first thread describes a guy who had bad luck and probably ended up driving without oil making the rods pop out, mainly because of bad quality on the o-ring and hoses.
If the extra boost had caused the damage it would have appeared as a burnt piston or valves.this break down had nothing to do with the mods.

And we are not talking about raising boost 200 % here, it is a small adjustment that the ecu can compensate for, it is like an overboost device but with all the safety features in the ecu still in place.

Can you describe the functionallity of the Boost Max, what it does, what sensors it uses and how it affects power? And why is that so dangerous? Answer with your own words please, not a link to another thread och website.

The next thread just links to the first thread and adds nothing to the discussion, just show me an engine that has broke down due to the Boost Max.

Until then you can create your own threads instead of spreading false information in mine.

I just showed you an engine that blowed because of that, but you probably know better than Ford.
I also showed you warnings from the best and the most respected Mustang tuner here, but you also deny it.

So OK, we agree to disagree.

Good luck to your buyer, fingers crossed.
