Fluttering noise from engine at WOT

When im going all out I hear a fluttering noise from the engine bay I don't quite know how to describe it any thoughts?

Fluttering as in rough? My car is rough about 1500 - 2k RPM. The engine also shakes pretty bad while idle. It's in the dealer right now, hopefully they can smooth out everything
