The "security washer" is normally on 1 wheel stud...as said...for factory build reasons. It is NOT necessary after build is over. The factory wheels accommodate them...after market wheels do not. Been there..done that. Take it off..not needed. After market wheels that I have ever purchased came with centering rings. Must have them. I even asked for extras since some of them tend to be kinda brittle and if not super careful when taking wheels on and off...you can crack them. Happened to me and my tire guy. I now have extras with me. If the offset is much different than stock I would have alignment checked to make sure. My guy at my dealer will put it on the alignment rack and if it's "IN"...won't charge me anything.
