My first Vortech order was by Emir. His plans are a built engine and getting a little crazy down the road.

He went with a JT trim head unit, did a self install along with headers and had it tuned locally.

I don't have a dyno sheet, but he said it did 641 rwhp on around 10psi on 91 octane.

He also upgraded to a larger blow off as well, as you can hear in the vid.

That is nice. These '15 GT's love the boost. How sweet is it to be running only 10PSI and making that kind of power on 91 octane!!

As long as the tune is spot on, motors running that boost level should live a long and happy life. Not to play ricer math but that is about 750HP assuming 13% drivetrain loss. That is freaking crazy!!!!! I would assume well driven, this car would trap 135mph in the quarter? Maybe a tick more?

Is that high pitched whistle the bigger BOV? Not a fan, I feel like that would get old real quick. Awesome power though.

That is weird, the constant noise cant be the BOV unless its leaking boost causing that high pitched whistle. Maybe its sprung too lightly? It should only vent when the throttle blade is shut.

Those numbers are bad ass though.
