I think it actually is 1,965 total because the one that Bill Ford got is "TT001" and doesn't count. It is 1,964 + 1.

No it wasn't. TT stands for Tooling Trial and would make it a preproduction car. Bill got car F5500001.

you're hlaf right, Bill Ford got #5500001, not the prototype. But there are 1965 LEs when you count the convertible, or 1964.5, depending on if you count the vert as half a car ;)

Chief I know that you are tracking where the cars were delivered to Dealers, but for FYI purposes I did send one of ours out to a customer in New Zealand.

Can you PM me the serial so I can add it to my list? I'm not posting where they are headed right now. Madlocks map does that.

Map is updated with a big scrub the last 24, should be 99.99% right. It does not track cars delivered to states and then exported or moves between states.

Ok- being lazy here and not digging into the various threads. Is the Vert considered one of the "1964" or is it 1964 WW/KB Coupes PLUS whatever other special versions/one-offs Ford feels like building above and beyond the announced 1964?

It's not included in the 1964 coupes. It's a one-off special build.

To be a 50th it should be a P8R, the 4th digit will be the interesting one. Or they could just give it a special 1 off VIN. Mr Madlock?
