Fender liners difference?

Looking to replace my fender liners since they been rubbing my front wheels but noticed different ones when trying to purchase. My car is a Performance Pack but from photos looks like the non pp and pp liners look the same but price is much different. Any inputs?

There are 3 different part numbers for them
JR3Z-16103-C -Without SHELBY with performance pkg.
JR3Z-16103-A- Without shelby, without insulator pkg.
JR3Z-16103-B (now replaced by -E) Without shelby, with insulator pkg.

The PP version is different in the way it connects to the fenders and the belly pan. If you use A/B/E versions there will be a gap left. The fenders and bumpers connections are different.
