I'm an American living in the Netherlands for work for a bit. Just found out about the Essen motor show this week and after doing some digging it seems to be compared as the SEMA show of Germany. Since I'm only 2.5 hours from it, where as I usually live on the opposite side of the USA from where SEMA takes place I figured this would be an awesome opportunity. Not to mention the chance to see some awesome German cars which don't seem to be very commonly modified in the US, at least not newer nicer ones. I am heading to it Saturday (8/Dec) if anyone will be around.
If anyone has any good tips for the show please let me know. I really haven't been able to find out too much information other than what is on their website. So I'm sort of flying blind as to what to expect, and my expectations are uncomfortably high. If anyone wants to try to get pictures or report back on anything specific I'd be happy to help. Obviously I will take pictures of every mustang I see and report back afterwards.
