I got in my LE to go to work this morning and notice the the engine check service light was on. I checked to make sure the fuel door was closed. The only thing that I've done to it so far is put on the Magna Flow Cat Back exhaust. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I've only got 2800 miles on it.

Not sure about the GTs, but I and some other Ecoboost owners have had cel issues relating to a PO300 code for a random misfire. I also had one before that for a coolant temp sensor that was replaced. I had the first cel at around 840 miles and the second at around 970. Ford says the problem is specific to only Ecoboosts with manual transmissions, but others have been getting cels. They issued a bulletin to all dealers to return the cars with the PO300 codes while Ford worked on a fix. My service guy said they thought it may just be a software glitch that's giving a false positive misfire code when the clutch is let out after starting. My cel went back on after I left the dealer and then off a few days later. It's been off for 2 days now. I'd talk to your dealer and PM the Ford service guy, which is what we did. But if it's running fine I wouldn't worry too much. I'd imagine Ford will come up with a fix.

See if this TSB 15-0059 fits your situation

I've had my LE in & out of the dealership for CEL issues and rough running

Check this attached pdf file to see if it has a possible fit
