Emissions not able to communicate ?

So I'm having an emissions issue. I've got a fbo car with Lund o2 sensors turned one. 200miles on it so far and I've had it hooked up to the emission comp two times. Both times it says not able to communicate with my car. It doesn't say not ready only not able to communicate . My post is working fine, both my x4 and scan tool work fine. I have my o2 sensors spaced out on the rear btw. Is this normal for the 2015?

Did you ask for an emissions tune? If so is your check engine light on? If not then make sure the cars driven a hundred miles since last flash or battery disconnect.
