Ecoboost rod knock?

When leaving from work in the morning after short warm up, under load in gear, sound of rod knock is evident. But when fully warm it's gone. Anyone have this issue as well? Need to take it in to Ford?

Might not be knock, in my experience DI cars can get pretty loud when cold...could just be them ticking.

I always wait until my car is warm before heading out, I have a big hill to climb everyday.

Mine ticks when it's cold, but it goes away after its warmed up.. I wouldn't call it a knock though. I too let mine idle for awhile until it's warmed up before driving.
