EcoBoost PP Front License kit?

Hello everyone! My mustang will be here in two weeks and it's time for me to start finalizing my list of things I want to add to it.
Being in California I have to have a front plate, although I might never put it on. I want to have the bracket in place so on a dime I can put it on.

I am not drilling the front (obviously), and I don't want a kit that has me messing with the airdamp (I believe Craig's no show does this?).

Owners with the EcoBEAST(boost) PP, what brackets have you installed and what were your results?

I used the JLT/Craig's Custom no-drill bracket. Looks great, easy to take off the plate if needed, and best part - no drilling!

I remember seeing this, it's held by 3m tape right?
I want to paint/vinyl my car in a few months, any ideas about what might happen when trying to remove the 3m tape?
