I do, I cut the tabs and used 3M double-sided tape. Way better than drilling into my car. Here is some pics.

Got mine here for cheaper. Same thing. They come with the 3 tabs separate inserts that go on the tabs, but I just cut the tabs off flush, got rid of the inserts, added my own 3M tape, and slapped them on. I also painted them with gloss black trim paint.

Forgot, the inner piece can come out so I unscrewed it, painted it red, then painted the rest, then screwed it back on. Hard to see at normal angles but it adds a little more color.
