What is the lowest speed its safe to cruise at? Reason I ask, my speeds are 60-65-70 around here for my highways and backroads. I had it at 60-65-70 and it cruised just fine, wasn't lugging just cruising but I want to know if there's a speed that should be minimal for that last gear.

What is considered damaging rpm on this car? just curious. Thanks! didn't really find a thread talking about the lowest speeds per gear @ 3.31

RPM is what matters regardless of road speed. The floor is probably somewhere around 1.5x of idle. Now if you mash the peddle at such RPM don't be surprised to get some unpleasantness. Personally my various vehicles like something in the neighborhood of 2000RPM for light duty.

Do a search for LSPI low speed pre ignition.
You do not want to lug an ecoboost and then punch it at low rpm's
