Easy Exit Seat Fail - while driving

2015 GT 5.0, 19,000 miles. Power drivers seat - the "easy exit" feature has always been a little flaky, and after awhile we turned that feature off. However, recently, even with that feature turned off (verified), three times the seat has started going backwards while driving. It has happened to my wife and myself. In one case, my wife was actually driving, in the other two cases, we were sitting at a stoplight, car in neutral with brake on, not doing or touching anything, and all of a sudden the seat just starts going backwards. It just happened to me tonight. We are both short - you very quickly can't reach the clutch and then the brake - pretty dangerous issue.

We are taking it in asap. Has anyone else had this issue?
