When the weather is a bit better and more of us have our cars (APRIL, MAY)?how about doing a dyno day do some power runs and meet a great tuner I have known for years!! Just a bit of light hearted fun,

Who's up for it? Get some dates we can all make,

Yes, I've organised several dyno days in the past so have a great venue at a place with a decent accurate dyno.

Tewkesbury is the location so quite central location meaning southerners, midlanders and northerners can all get too easily. :)

Birmingham guys, MSL Performance could be a great place to go and do some Dyno days, they've had a few 'open door' days with different super cars, but shouldn't be too hard to setup a dyno-day with them!

ÂŁ90 per run is a joke!
I'd also want to know the dyno type and how it calculates crank power, otherwise it just potentially made up.

I normally pay ÂŁ35 a run and its a maha dyno, so no operator BS, the dyno itself calculates crank power based on drag and I tell you this I've now done over 15 days there and many stock cars all making around stock figures, some under, some bang on or some over, but always typically within 10BHP. :)

Think for Dyno-days it's a little cheaper, especially if they can get a large group of us going in Mustangs, they'll probably do it at a lesser price, i've got a few mates i know (who have mates who work there )

ÂŁ75 for 3 runs on the Dyno, not sure what the Dyno is... And i'm not well versed enough to know just by looking at pictures on their site :headbonk:.

If brummies are up for it in the summer, and others from surrounding areas, im happy to sort it out.

I was thinking SP Tuning in Hickley, he's been my go to guy for years after travelling 100s of miles to many well reviewed places, I wouldn't get my car tuned anywhere else, it's ÂŁ20 for a power run I think

If you want give them a call, ask to speak to Jamie, and say your a friend of a guy with a rapid DS3 who's getting a mustang, he will know :)

Sounds good! Just need to arrange a date when people are free,

I'll give them a call :). I'm looking less on stupidly high performance and more on a balanced increase on the three cores (Torque, BHP and MPG), Fully aware I can tune the EB to have high BHP and high torque but drop the MPG through the floor, for a DD that's not the aim!

Get it arranged mate, anytime in May I should have the mustang. April and March look less likely now.
